Bennetts Green was a 3,500 m2 retail bulky goods showroom developed by Tipalea Partners in 2006 and fully leased to ASX national retailers Super Cheap Auto, BCF and Joyce Mayne (Harvey Norman). In June 2007, Bennetts Green was sold to Blackrock Investment Management Limited for $9.4m.

St Ives
