Tipalea Partners continues to see future growth in the Sydney CBD office market and has backed this view by acquiring another floor at 50 Clarence Street.
Tipalea purchased Level 10 in an off-market transaction in June, 2017.
The floor incorporates six individual strata lots of 450 m2 plus two car spaces. The deal was negotiated directly by Tipalea and secured for $3,750,000.
