The Preserve at Mango Hill is a 43-lot residential land subdivision located 25 kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD.
The site area is 7.4 hectares of which 3.5 hectares was dedicated to future road infrastructure and a further 1.3 hectares remaining parkland leaving the development area of 2.6 hectares.
The Mango Hill area has enjoyed immense and rapid growth in housing and retail services coupled with significant infrastructure investment.
Tipalea Partners secured development approval from Moreton Bay Regional Council and sold the entire project to Trask Developments in 2013.
