The Campbelltown project comprised two vacant parcels of land on Blaxland and Badgally Roads.
Whilst the original strategy was to develop the Blaxland Road parcel, land prices increased to such an extent that it was financially more attractive to sell the vacant land with DA approvals in place.
21 Blaxland Road comprises 3,324 m2 and enjoys a premium position in Campbelltown’s bulky goods precinct opposite the Harvey Norman Centre and Home Base Centre.
It was sold in February for 2007 for $2.1 million.
Badgally Road is a 5,013 m2 industrial site on Badgally Road and was sold in June 2007 for $620,000.
