Following the acquisition of Muswellbrook Fair Shopping Centre in December 2015, Tipalea Partners has now completed Stage 1 of its refurbishment works. The first stage included the installation of shade sails for the carpark, full architectural façade treatment, internal mall refurbishment and tenancy reconfiguration and fit out works.
