The Tipalea Difference

Tipalea Partners brings the best of institutional and private worlds to every transaction.

It’s dedicated capital resources coupled with the creativity, speed and agility of a well established boutique gives Tipalea a noticeable point of difference to its competitors.

As a fiercely private group, Tipalea provides stakeholders with utmost confidentiality and flexibility in transaction structuring. Tipalea prides itself on their ability to creatively structure transactions in a way that enables it to proceed with projects where others may not.

Tipalea is fortunate not to have the restrictions of pre-defined investment guidelines or capital allocation requirements that often limit other investors. This flexibility allows Tipalea to pursue projects for the right reasons rather than ones that merely satisfy an investment committee’s checklist.
