Tipalea buys more in 50 Clarence Street

Tipalea continues to see future growth in the Sydney CBD office market and has backed this view by acquiring another whole floor at 50 Clarence Street. Level 10 was purchased off-market in June 2017. The floor incorporates 6 individual strata lots of 450m2 plus two car spaces. The deal was negotiated directly by Tipalea & secured for $3,750,000.
