Cobram Village

Cobram Village is Tipalea’s proposed $40 million neighbourhood retail centre prominently located at 2-6 Colgan Street in Cobram in northern Victoria.

It has been designed by Melbourne’s leading retail architecture practice i2C to become the gateway to Cobram’s commercial centre.

The site is currently vacant with the proposed development set to revitalise the entry point to the town and create more than 200 construction jobs and a further 200 ongoing local jobs once the centre opens.

The proposed 8,615m2 centre includes a 3,800m2 full-line supermarket, a smaller 1,700m2 secondary grocery store, a 635m2 ‘mini-major’ retailer, a 320m2 medical centre and parking for over 430 vehicles.

A further 2,160m2 of specialty retail is also included in the proposed Cobram Village and future tenancies are expected to comprise a range of fresh produce, cafes and takeaway food outlets.

Tipalea has lodged a combined planning scheme amendment and permit application with Moira Shire Council.
